How We Operate

To deliver what we promise, we have designed and developed a simple phased methodology that removes risk from the relationship, moves forward as and when both parties are comfortable to do so, and ensures that investment is on a progressive, controlled and informed basis that delivers tangible returns as it evolves.

· When you contact us there are no initial costs or commitments, except some quality time

· We will facilitate an informal introductory discussion to gain a high level understanding of your current situation and desired goals

· You have the opportunity to judge whether we can deliver the skills you need, and will be comfortable working with us

· We will jointly decide what the next steps will be and what major milestones are required to deliver your vision

During this project initiation stage, we will demonstrate to you that we can bring fresh ideas, commercial creativity, a certainty of delivery and real results in line with your assignment. Only if we both agree that this can be achieved will we put the relationship onto a commercial footing. When this is agreed, our approach is as follows. Based on output from our initial meeting, we will complete a Diagnostic Study which to design a roadmap of activities addressing:

· What is the true potential for your organisation? This may be greater than you think

· What is stopping the realisation of this potential? Where the roadblocks are, actual and perceived

· What can we do to eliminate the problems? An Action Plan for addressing these either en masse or by a phased approach

· How to prioritise activities? A Cost/Benefit analysis to test for an approach providing early returns on your investment

· Document a workplan of activities. This will include regular checkpoints to assess progress and refine the plan, re-assess priorities and risks, and measure return on investment
